Loafer

Howie and I started out the new year by hiking Sugarloaf mountain in the Catskills. I parked at the Roaring Kill trail head and we started out. Did a loop up the west side of Sugarloaf (Mink Hollow) and then back down the east side (Pecoy Notch). Conditions were again very Spring-like, with mud and water coursing down the trails.

Summit Elevation: Sugarloaf 3800 ft
Round-trip Distance: 7.9 mi
Elevation Change: 1900 ft
